The watch design profile is based on the hexagon's design and 120 degree angles - the most optimal angle there is mathematically. Hence the shape design of the arms, chamfers and crown of the Angulo watch.
Angulo begins and ends with AO. The Angulo symbol is an A and O derived from the hexagon shape to emphasise the sustainable use of materials as well as form and function in design.

Angulo watches are equipped with Sapphire glass which is extremely durable.
The upcycled plastic case rises up to protect the movement together with the scratch resitant and durable sapphire front crystal on top of the 3D carved dial.
Sapphire glass is ideal for devices that are subject to a lot of wear and tear, like your great made Angulo watch.
How strong is sapphire glass?
Sapphire is a 9 on the Mohs hardness scale. To put that into context, diamond is the hardest at 10. This makes it significantly more scratch and crack resistant than the glass used in most devices, like smartphones.
Sapphire glass is also tougher than cheaper materials normally used to produce watch crystals, like acrylic glass and mineral glass used in cheaper designer watches.
