Angulo watches are made from upcycled fishing gears (nets, trawl and hawser), otherwise risking ending up as ghost nets in the oceans harming sea creatures and environment.

Also, the wrist strap is made from SEAQUAL upcycled marine plastics and PET landfills that has both OEKO-TEX® Class 100 and GRS certification.

In other words, Great Made. The sportstrap is extremely nice to wear – not only for you but also the ocean sealife.

Upcycling starts with collecting waste, like used fishing nets or marine plastic litter from oceans all over the world. It can also be made from fabric scraps, carpet flooring and industrial plastic from landfills.

The waste is sorted and cleaned to recover nylon, which is then regenerated and purified back to its original state, making it identical to virgin nylon.

The regenerated nylon is processed into pellets for the remake and production of our watches, and yarn for our wriststraps. The beauty of regenerated nylon is that it has the potential to be recycled infinitely, without ever losing its quality.
