These terms and conditions apply to your purchases on and usage of this website: angulozone.com. The terms constitute an agreement between you (the consumer) and us (Angulo Group) org number: 559205-0602.

Please note that when making a purchase on the website, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Therefore, we ask you to carefully read them through. For information regarding orders, deliveries and general purchase inquiries, contact [email protected]

 

GENERAL

You must be eighteen (18) years old to purchase products via the Website, or have your legal guardian’s prior consent.

You acknowledge that product images, color and sizes may look different in the pictures than when viewing in real life, due to different screens, hardware and software (including settings thereof) used by the consumer.  

Any agreement concluded between Angulo Group and the Consumer shall be deemed binding upon Angulo Group’s acceptance of the Consumer's order (including partial acceptance of such an order). If Angulo Group does not accept an order, Angulo Group will notify the Consumer hereof without delay.

By ordering on the website, you hereby confirm that you fully understand, agree and comply with these Terms and that you have understood all of the information given during the purchase procedure.


ORDERING OF PRODUCTS

Once the checkout process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email to your chosen email-address that your order has been properly received. The Order Confirmation will contain a specification of the products ordered, the main characteristics of the products, detailed information concerning the price, terms of payment, return policy and shipping costs. 

If you notice any incorrect data in the Order Confirmation you must notify us immediately. 

If you have ordered and paid for products that are no longer available, we will refund the amount for the ordered products without undue delay.


CONFIRMATION

As stated above, the consumer will receive an Order Confirmation when the order is placed and the payment accepted. We recommend that you save this Order Confirmation if you will need to contact our Support or return any items. 


PRICE & PAYMENT

All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT.

All additional costs and expenses, such as delivery costs, will be clearly indicated prior to the checkout and your placement of an order.

The different payment methods can be found in the checkout stage. 

Please note: the payment methods offered are provided by third party payment service providers. This means that the use of such third party payment services are subject to such payment service providers terms of use. Therefore, please ensure that you understand and agree to all applicable terms and conditions for use of the selected payment service prior to using such third party payment services. 


DELIVERIES

The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Consumer in the order.

The delivery time on the Website is estimated. Yet, the normal delivery time is estimated to be  5-7 working days from the ordering day. 

Deliveries outside the EU can be delayed due to import rules in the country of delivery.

We reserve responsibility for insurance or failed deliveries caused by our suppliers.

Receipt of Products - You shall verify that… 

The characteristics and number of the delivered products correspond to the information indicated in the bill of parcels. 

Ensure that packaging is intact, unaltered and not damaged or wet. 

If you detect any damage on the packaging of the product, any discrepancy in the number of products or in the information in the delivery note, please contact us immediately to [email protected]


TRANSPORT DAMAGE

Angulo Group takes the economic responsibility if the item is damaged or disappears during the delivery process. If you choose to return an item, you have the economic responsibility if the item gets damaged or disappears.  

 

LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have a legal right to withdraw from any purchase within thirty (30) days from the purchase date of the products.

You use the right of withdrawal by sending us an email at [email protected] asking for a return label. 

You must send back the goods within 5 days from the date upon which you received a return label from us.

The items should be returned together with its original packaging (including the packaging materials and the documents, if any, accessories, labels, etc.).

 The shipping fee (79 SEK) will be deducted from your refund, and you bear the responsibility for the products to be returned without any damage, or stolen or lost while in transit. Also see the information of return procedure.

As soon as we have received the returned items in a good condition, we will refund using the same means of payment used in the initial transaction. 

In the event that the right of withdrawal is forfeited due to the return failing to meet the conditions, we will send back the purchased product, and charge the relevant delivery costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.


CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS

We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or wrongly shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.


HOW DO YOU PROCEED WITH A COMPLAINT?

Any errors and defects must always be reported to [email protected] where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.
If we are unable to remedy the defect or supply a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping in the event of approved complaints.

IF YOU DO NOT PICK UP THE PRODUCT

If you do not pick up your package for any reason, Anglo Group has the right to withhold 250 SEK (25 Euros) to pay for the return shipping and handling costs of the order.

By shopping at Angulo Group AB, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We protect your privacy and do not collect more information than is necessary to process your order. We never sell or pass on your data to third parties without a legal basis.

Angulo Group AB is responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us in order to be able to handle your order and in the instances when you have requested newsletters or promotional offers - in order to be able to adapt the marketing to your individual needs.

What is personal data?
Personal data is all information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person.


What data do we store?
In order to handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address and purchase history.

Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, for example to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation according to, for example, the Accounting Act.


Legal Basis
In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to complete the agreement with you.
Marketing, campaigns and similar mailings take place with your consent.


WHAT INFORMATION IS SHARED AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?


Payment provider

When making purchases, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, the social security number is also saved with the payment provider. The information is saved to be able to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.
The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Visa, Mastercard.


Shipping company
In order to deliver your orders and complete our contract, we need to share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name and address information for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification.
The shipping companies we cooperate with are: Postnord.


Newsletter
If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This is to be able to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
We use for sending newsletters.


The Right of Access
You have the right to receive extracts from all information that we hold about you. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format.


Right to rectification
You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or supplement information that is incomplete.


The right to be forgotten
You can at any time request that the data relating to you be deleted. There are few exceptions to the right to erasure, such as if it must be kept because we have to fulfill a legal obligation (for example, according to the Accounting Act).

How we protect your personal data
We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process and communicate sensitive information such as personal data and passwords in a secure manner.
We use a Swedish platform, Quickbutik, which is operated by Quickbutik AB based in Helsingborg.


CHANGES TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms will be posted online on the website. The amended terms and conditions are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.


DISPUTE AND CHOICE OF LAW

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer can contact the Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, see arn.se. For residents in an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the European Commission's platform for mediation in disputes, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

In the event of a dispute, we follow the decision of ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.

Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
