RETURNS

 Angulo has a 30-day return policy when purchasing online. This means that if you do not love the product, you can send it back to us within 30 days from ordering. 

You use the right of return by sending us an email at [email protected] asking for a return label. 

You must send back the goods within 5 days from the date upon which you received a return label from us.

The product must be unused. The items should be returned together with its original packaging (including the packaging materials and the documents, if any, accessories, labels, etc.).

If you have adjusted/ cut the watch strap to customize the size to your arm you cannot return it. If this is the case, we will deduct 200 SEK from your refund in addition to the transport fee.

The transport fee (79 SEK) will be deducted from your refund, and you bear the responsibility for the products to be returned without any damage, or stolen or lost while in transit. Angulo encourage a sustainable lifestyle for lifetime, that’s why Angulo do not cover return or exchange transport cost.

As soon as we have received the returned items in a good condition, we will refund using the same means of payment used in the initial transaction. 

In the event that the right of withdrawal is forfeited due to the return failing to meet the conditions, we will send back the purchased product, and charge the relevant delivery costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.

Please note: If you decide not to use our return procedure and buy a shipping label yourself, Angulo do not take responsibility for any lost/delayed packages. 

 

EXCHANGE

 Unfortunately Angulo do not process exchanges. Instead, you can return the items you do not love for a refund and repurchase a new product you love more.

ANGULO GROUP’S INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY


The following Angulo Group AB Limited Warranty (“AO Warranty”) applies to Angulo watches purchased in their original packaging from Angulo Group’s website or selected official partners. The warranty for Angulo products is two (2) years from the date of purchase. For the warranty to apply you need the Order Confirmation or Receipt, therefore, you should always save these. Do not send us any products before you have received a confirmation from us that the product is covered by the warranty. 



AO-WARRANTY SCOPE AND LENGTH

The AO-Warranty guarantees that you will receive a new or repaired Angulo watch or strap if you detect any defects in manufacture or materials within twentyfour (24) months from the date of purchase. The AO-warranty only applies to watches bought from the official Angulozone.com webpage, or any authorized official reseller.


THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE WARRANTY

The AO-Warranty does not include: 

Watches not purchased from the original Angulo Group (website or resellers) 

Batteries, damages or wear & tear of watch straps, or sapphire glass. 

Maintenance and cleaning of watch, batteries or strap.

Damage of any kind, if it exists because the damage has been caused by accident, misuse or mishandling of any part of the watch or watch strap, or handling that does not comply with the instructions or guidelines accompanying your AO watch, lack of care or improper maintenance, tampering, abuse, wear and tear or any factor other than a defect in the workmanship or materials of the AO watch.

Water ingress caused by use contrary to the AO watch's ATM (Atmospheres) mark.

If you have used the crown or bottoms while in water

If you have weared the watch in a sauna

Damage resulting from repair, service or alteration by any person other than an authorized Angulo Group dealer or service provider.

Furthermore, the AO warranty will be void if the serial number of the watch is missing or has been erased, altered, forged, replaced, destroyed or made illegible.


WHAT WE DO IN THE EVENT OF A WARRANTY CLAIM UNDER THE AO WARRANTY

If your watch stops working within two years after the purchase, and the damage is not because of your usage of the watch or battery need replacement, Angulo Group will repair the watch or send you a new one. Angulo Group is responsible for the costs and you will not be charged anything for the repair or exchange of products. If the AO-warranty does not apply, Angulo Group will notify you and you can decide if you want to proceed with the repair or not, and at what price. Then, an additional fee for the shipment will be added.


I WANT TO CLAIM THE WARRANTY - WHAT DO I DO?

 To obtain repair or replacement of your AO watch under this AO warranty you should contact us at [email protected] and describe the problem. In the email, include some pictures of the watch as well as a copy of your Order Confirmation and/or Reciept. When sending the product back to us, please make sure that the product is carefully packed so that no further damage appears in the transportation. If the product arrives more broken to Angulo, we can unfortunately not determine the cause of error, therefore, the warranty does not apply in that case.
